Joining this tour you can expect spectacular scenery, visiting the old village of Skradin with its ancient fortress, St James' cathedral in Šibenik and ancient UNESCO listed vineyards outside Primošten.Your journey starts with a visit to the city of Šibenik for a walk around the historic city center and 15th century, UNESCO listed, St James cathedral, which is particularly memorable for its sculpted heads. Next, drive to the Krka national park to visit the spectacular waterfalls of Skradinski buk and Roški slap, as well as to enjoy the wealth of flora and fauna that Krka has to offer. You will be guided to see restored stone houses, watermills and various exhibits. Swimming will be possible in parts of the park. There will be opportunity for an optional lunch at a local konoba, after which you will head back to Split.
