The tour starts from Reykjavík and runs through to the villages of Hveragerði, Selfoss and Laugarvatn before making a short visit at the popular attractions of Þingvellir National Park, Geysir hot springs and Gullfoss Waterfall. From there on, you'll head to the interior, surrounded with glaciers, geothermal activity and maybe few trolls, ghosts and other creatures that are said to live in the area and have haunted travelers in this barren wasteland for centuries. While crossing the scenic highland, visit iconic landmarks such as the geothermal area at Mt. Kerlingafjöll and Hveravellir Oasis, where you can take your good time to bathe in natural geothermal pools surrounded by nothing but wilderness. On the north side of the glaciers go through Skagafjörður Fjord before arriving to the North Icelandic coastline and Akureyri city in time for dinner.

You can either stay the north for further adventures or you can fly back to Reykjavik in the evening, just choose the option including the flight back when you make your booking.
