Franklin will reveal the never-before-told secrets of the Victorian family that once lived in this gothic mansion!At the start of your tour, you will be met by your tour guide, Franklin Bishop in the reception area of Kelham Hall. From here you will be escorted around the ground floor visiting The Porte Cochere which is the largest in England, then the Estate Office, on to the Lady Chapel followed by the stunning Music Room (which the family dedicated to their friend Richard Wagner) and which was known as the finest room in England!
You then view the Drawing Room with its magical original decoration on the ceiling which is truly breathtaking. You will visit the library and the Billiards Room with its distinct masculine atmosphere. After this you will proceed to the awesome climax of the tour which you will have to come on the tour to see since it would spoil the surprise to tell you more about it!
