'Black Hole' underground mines Kayaking happens at a steady temperature of about 10 degrees Celsius (50 Fahrenheit) and in complete darkness, lit only with our headlights. The tour operates in any weather condition (remember it's being done underground, so nothing can spoil the adventure). The tour might change a bit in winter because of the snow.Black Hole Kayaking lasts circa 4 hours in the mines, minimum 2 people, maximum 8, minimum age is 12 years. Entrance and return from the same starting point, with an original old mining train. An experience of it's own already, with circa 10 minutes ride each way, to 500 meters bellow the surface.
A very much different and exciting sit-on-top kayaking at the bottom of the mine, through various passages and galleries. The mine was flooded after mining was abandoned. This is a dynamic activity, with a bit of both hiking and paddling, so you are never cold. All the wetsuits, helmets, lights, etc. will be provided.
