Experience a Hawaiian zipline adventure with a twist that includes soaring over an enormous freshwater pool and splashing down into the water — a ton of fun and refreshing during a hot day on Maui. Then head to three standard ziplines, including one that permits you to fly next to a friend. Enjoy exhilarating thrills, amazing views and lots of laughs on this 3-hour tour in the hills above Ka’anapali with a small-group limited to 12 people. Make your way to the zipline office, conveniently located in downtown Ka’anapali, to check in for your adventure. Afterward, you are transferred to the zipline course, a 30-minute drive away in the hills above Ka’anapali.

Put on your bathing suit and get ready for the first of four ziplines, above a freshwater mountain pool. The line reaches from a small platform tower on the side of the enormous reservoir and slopes down toward the water. Climb the stairs to the platform, grab hold of the handle and hold on as you zoom across. When you wish, let go to splash in. The highest drop from the line is approximately 7 feet (2 meters) above the water, but if you hold on the entire way, you'll touch down into it.

Swim, float on rafts and watch your friends making a splash. You can also use the provided stand-up paddleboard and boogie boards.

After about 45 minutes, dry off and change clothes before heading to your next adventure. Get geared up in a harness and other safety equipment with the help of your guide, then take a short 3-minute walk to the first of three regular ziplines.

Receive a safety briefing and instruction from your guide, then try it yourself, soaring above the lush Hawaiian greenery like a bird. Enjoy a new side-by side zipline that allows two people to zoom next to each other on lines that are spaced within reach of one another. You can even hold hands with a friend while flying down the slope or race to the end.

After an exhilarating 3-hour zipline and swim adventure, you are returned to the Ka’anapali office.
