Have an up close personal experience with monkeys, big cats, sloths, anteaters and more. Pickup and drop-off from your cruise ship port is provided on this half-day small group shore excursion.Go to the Jaguar Animal Center with your guide and learn about how they rehabilitate mistreated, injured and/or confiscated animals. Discover how the are reintroduced to their natural habitats in protected areas. Visitors have direct contact with monkeys, wild cats, sloths, raccoons, anteaters, marsupials, reptiles, amphibians, etc. However, you may not touch the animal after you have applied sunscreen, insect repellent, or other personal hygiene products. Pickup and drop-off in a mini bus is provide from the port on this half-day small group shore excursion, and the center is approximately 1.5-hours from the port.
