Jackson Hole float trip from Pacific Creek to Dead Man's Bar on the Snake River.Jackson Hole float trip from Pacific Creek to Dead Man's Bar on the upper more peaceful portion of the Snake River.  This trip is away from the crowds of the Town of Jackson and in the true heart of Grand Teton National Park.  You will see Buffalo, Elk, and Eagles.  You might also see other animals such as Wolves and Bears from afar.  We leave from the historic Heart Six Ranch where you can see over 100 horses rounded up and driven to the stables every morning or stay for a real dude ranch experience.  For a great breakfast come early and sit on the front porch of The World Famous Buffalo Valley Cafe as the horses are driven by while you enjoy some real "cowboy coffee" and a true Western Breakfast.
