Explore around, on, and within the giant glacier. Join the once in a lifetime adventure to Iceland's most significant attraction. Visit the man-made Ice Cap Glacier, located high on Langjokull. The descent feels like an exciting and magical journey, deep within the glacier, and it is deep enough to reach another world, a world of magnificent, stunning blue ice. On top of it all, you will take a ride in a specially modified 8-wheel glacier vehicle.Travel by bus from Reykjavík to Langjökull Glacier and explore stunning ice caves in a monster truck. Our first stop is a visit to Deildartunguhver hot spring, the highest-flow hot spring in Europe. From there we're making our way to the Hraunfossa, a series of waterfalls formed by rivulets streaming over a lava field. Our next stop is Húsafell for a short break before we hop on to the eight-wheeler, custom-made monster truck that takes us to the caves. There we will explore about 1,650-foot (500-meter) long corridors and caves on foot. The caves are lit by colorful LED lights making the descent into the glacier almost magical. The glacier part tour is concluded after just under an hour in the glacier after which, we make our way back to Reykjavík.

You will also discover the highest-flow hot springs of Europe at Deildartunguhver and get close to bubbling water; as well as the cold blue water of Hraunfossar waterfall running down through lava fields. On the way back you will be taken back in time at Hvalfjörður where the British and Americans established a military base during World War II. This stunning fjord also hosts an old whale factory, a relic of the Icelandic whale hunting past.
