You can choose between the following menu options:
Menu 1
First Course: Causa, Cooled yellow potato seasoned with chili, and stuffed with shrimp, tomato and avocado
Main Course: Grilled trout fillets, served with sautéed Andean potatoes, red chili, peanuts , topped with fresh hearts of palm and herb butter
Dessert: “Suspiro de Limeña” traditional caramel dessert with port meringue
Menu 2
First Course: Solterito salad, with Lima beans, tomatoe, red onions, corn, black olives and fresh cheese
Main Course: Old-fashioned mildly spicy chicken casserole served with rice and yellow potatoes
Dessert: Rice pudding served our way
Menu 3
First Course: Classic Fish Ceviche, marinated in lemon and chili, served with fresh corn, fried corn and sweet potatoes
Main Course: Lomo Saltado, marinated strips of beef tenderloin sautéed with, chili, onions, and tomatoes, and topped with French fries
Dessert: Crunchy quinoa tuiles filled with lúcuma Mouse and chocolate sauce

First Course: Three quinoa salad, with “solterito”, fresh cheese, onion, tomato, rocoto, fava beans and corn
Main Course: Paiche Filet in Amazonian nut crust, cocona –aji dulce chimichurri and coconut rice
Dessert: “Suspiro de Limeña” traditional caramel dessert with port meringue

First Course: Sea Bass tiradito, finely cut fish filets marinated in lemon and chili and served with Peruvian corn
Main Course: Seco de Lomo, filet of beef in cilantro sauce served over rustic yellow potato puree
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse
