Go off the beaten track on a horseback-riding tour through Petra. With an expert guide, explore deep into Petra, perfect trip if you have previously seen Petra but want to explore further. Start your tour with pick up from your hotel ( in Petra ), your guide will take you straight to Petra where you will be given your horse. On horse back and following your guide you will be taken through the Siq (the gorge) of Petra when nobody is there, also see the treasury, famous for featuring in Indiana Jones.
Then to carry on through Petra, to see the theater & other monuments, head west, before you reach the cardo. Through a foot bath that take you to see different monument like snake monuments. You will need to climb up to 450 meters to reach mount Aaron, horses will not take you all the way to the top, so you have to do some climbing yourself to the top of the mountain. Spend around 40 minutes at the top enjoying the view and exploring the shrine before you head back the same way.
