This morning you will be picked up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and taken to HCM Agricultural Villages - HCM cooking school .
Once you have arrived, The chef will give you with a Vietnamese hat. You will then be guided around the farm where you will have a chance to see various fauna such as cows, buffalo, chicken, duck and fish as well as well as many different types of herbs, spices, vegetables, mushrooms and understand how to use it for cooking and medicine as well.
Today you will cook four dishes and enjoy all of it by your labor. The cooking class is lead by Master Chef Tan who has amazing cooking skills and great knowledge about healthy foods and will show you step by step how to make nice simple and delicious food. This class is very hands on, so make sure you are ready for the challenge.
After your cooking class, you will receive a certificate of completion as well as recipes and the chef will also collect your email to send
you unlimited recipes if you would like.
