Your adventure starts at He'eia State Park in Kane'ohe where we'll get you all checked in and ready to go on the water. We provide life jackets, dry bags, restroom and changing facilities, and a safe place to leave valuables. Once you're ready to go on the water, your guides will accompany you to the waterfront, introduce you to your Hawaiian sailing canoe, and get everybody safely aboard. Spend the next 2-3 hours exploring the bay as the ancient Hawaiians did, taking in some of the best views on the island, and searching for sea turtles, manta rays, and more. While sailing, your guides will tell you about the cultural history of the sailing canoe and ancient Hawaiian secrets of ocean navigation in this fully interpretive guided eco-adventure. Once you arrive safely back on land at He'eia State Park, our famous BBQ lunch will be ready and waiting. We cater to all dietary needs, so make sure to work up an appetite. Including transportation, lunch, and approximately 3 hours on the water, the total activity time for this adventure is roughly 6 hours.
