You will meet your guide at 1:30pm in front of a local bridge in Prague and dive into captivating stories of World War II. Your guide will introduce you to the political background of 1930s and explain how Hitler convinced Czechoslovak allies to betray them in Munich.
Your guide will take you step-by-step through the most important events of World War II in Prague, such as the assassination of ‘The Butcher of Prague’, Reinhard Heydrich, by Czech Resistance. You will visit a place where Czechs were hidden and where they fought their last battle, which is currently used as a museum. Cruising through the city you will see the former Gestapo and SS headquarters as well as a square used by Germans to perform a monstrous parade of their troops, the biggest parade outside of Germany.
