Own arrangement transfer from your hotel to starting point (Daw Cho Mohinga shop), meet your guide and enjoy a traditional Burmese breakfast. After breakfast, the guide will take you to the surrounding area of the pagoda explaining the full history of the pagoda, the daily life of all people living in its surroundings.
You will see the sight of morning monks, both young and old, walk here on their alms rounds, collecting food from local people, Buddhism being practiced as it has been for centuries.
A 4 hours walking tour starting from the bottom of the hill and you will see workshops, markets and monasteries which will be useful or even essential to understand more of the country during the rest of your stay in Myanmar.
