At the foot of Monkey mountain, your trek will start.
The species can be seen on the trek:
Animals: Red-shanked Douc Langur; Rhesus macaque ( Macaca mulatta); Stump-tailed macaque (Macaca arctoides); Long-tailed macaque (Macaca fasicularis); Pig-tailed macaque (Macaca leonine) and Red-bellied Squirrel.
Birds: so far, there are 118 kinds of birds found there. Some of them can be seen quite regularly as Blue Rock Thrush, Sunbird, Drongo, Bee-eater, Shrike....
Plantations: moraceae, Ficus, Parashorea stellata, Dipterocarpaceae, chestnut (Lithrocarpus touranensis), Baccaurea sapida, Euphobiaceae......
When the hike finishes, the Jeep will pick you up and drive you around the peninsula before heading back to your hotel.
