From there, make your way to the Dubai Museum, for an approximately 30-minute visit. There, you will learn about the culture of the city, its history, and ancient practices. Next, cross the Dubai River using a traditional water taxi, also known as an Abra, to reach the old souks of the city. Upon your arrival, enjoy free time in the Spice Market and Gold Market. Walk through the streets, purchasing various souvenirs and goods along the way.
Once you have finished strolling the bazaars, make your way to the Jumeirah Mosque and take photos of the outside. The Mosque was built in 1979 and reflects an authentic example of Islamic architecture. Afterwards, you will take a tour of the area to see the locals as they go about their daily lives. Stop for pictures at one of the most frequented hotels in the middle east, Burj Al Arab. Once you have finished observing the outside of the building, your guide will bring you back to your accommodations.
