Relaxed and Luxurious Sailing to Samui’s Southern Islands! Discover Koh Taen, Koh Mudsum and the Five Islands secluded among calm bays and colorful tropical reef.
Our semi-private trip designed for guests who prefer to avoid the crowds, enjoy safe and tranquil sailing, and value personal service.Join the Blue or Red Dragon yachts for a relaxed and luxurious Sailing to Samui’s Southern Islands.
Koh Taen and Koh Mudsum are a natural paradise islands located minutes off the south-western coast of Koh Samui. The islands are tranquil, and unspoiled, not yet on the radar of the Koh Samui tourist map. The islands are surrounded by coral reefs along white sandy beaches that snorkelers and sun lovers can enjoy.
The Red Dragon traditional Junk Sail Yacht 75ft and the Blue Dragon 62ft yacht offers the highest levels of comfort and luxury cruising within the Koh Samui archipelago. With a spacious sun deck, open air covered decks, an on-board Jacuzzi, and an internal saloon, the yachts offers you all the personal space and privacy you might want and need. Whether lounging on top of the Dragon´s soft decks, having drinks with friends, or simply taking the time to take in the amazing sights of Thailand’s tropical islands and fresh air - indulge yourself!
Our driver will meet your group at your hotel or resort and welcome you aboard. Your journey will begin just southwest of Koh Samui toward the Five Islands. These islands hold a mysterious and rarely seen phenomenon: the harvesting of bird nests. On your voyage, you will also see caves, beaches, and bamboo dwellings precariously hanging off limestone cliffs.
We will continue cruising south east along Koh Samui’s coastline to Koh Taen. Once we arrive you’ll be able to take pleasure in the tropical reef, being guided by our professional snorkeler leader / PADI scuba instructor, or you might want to simply relax on board our floating lounge above the reef, or just chill in the Dragons’ Jacuzzi or on her sun deck. The underwater life at Koh Taen is not as abundant as at Koh Tao and visibility is often just few meters but unless you’re expecting outstanding snorkeling conditions, you are assured a great time!
Next our crew will serve a delicious lunch while our journey takes us on towards Koh Mudsum, Koh taen or Koh Lap`s secluded sandy bay. After lunch, you will have option to go for optional sea kayaking to explore Koh Taen`s mangrove forest or visit the secluded pristine island where you can play beach games, relax, sunbath, go for some additional snorkeling or take a leisurely tour along the waters.
On the way back to Koh Samui, we will cruise around the coastline of the islands where the views are truly spectacular. Fresh fruits and drinks will be served on board as you simply be, take in the sights and relax. Once we arrive back to Samui we will transfer you back to your hotel.
