Reel in your catch, while being able to see your fish bite the hook. On cold days, stay warm in an ice hut. From November to March, you'll catch rainbow trout, steelhead, bull trout and more!Start your day with pick up from your Pemberton or Whistler accommodation at 8am and spend five hours fishing with your guide. Ice starts forming on lakes in November and lasts through the end of March. Your guide will choose between lakes in Pemberton or Whistler depending on conditions.
All fishing equipment is provided, all you need is a valid British Columbia Freshwater Fishing License, which can be purchased at www.fishing.gov.bc.ca. Additionally, on colder days, ice huts and heaters brought on extra cold days to help keep you warm. As you sit around an 8" hole drilled by an ice auger you will fish for steelhead, rainbow trout, bull trout, kokanee, cutthroat trout and pike minnows. This is truly and experience like no other. Once you have completed your tour, your guide will drive you back to your accommodation.
