Experience the picturesque water village of Zhouzhuang starting from 2pm with its interconnected waterways and beautiful landscapes. It is often referred to as the number one water village in China. It has been well preserved for over 900 years and renowned for its elegant and simple architecture. The majority of the town's residences were built during the Ming and Qing dynasties. It boasts nearly 100 classic courtyards and 60 carved brick archways from those periods are still in use.
Take in the exquisite ancient architecture of Zhang's hall and Shen's Hall, then take a scenic cruise across the old town. Zhang's hall is located in the South of the Double Bridge, it's known as "Yishun Hall" which was built in the Ming Dynasty. Shen' Hall is located at the Southeast side of Fu'an bridge, which was the a residence for the first millionaire of the the South of Yantze River in the early Qing Dynasty.
