View another UNESCO World Heritage site, the Old City Walls. Built in 1569, these remnants of these early Portuguese traditions of constructing defensive walls around their port settlements can still be viewed. Note the unique construction made of clay, sand, rocks, straw and oyster shells. Take a stroll through Mount Fortress and its garden built between 1617 and 1626 and appreciate the landscape of the peninsula below. Stop at the famous Macau Tower inspired by the Sky Tower in Auckland, New Zealand and take an elevator ride to the top for amazing panoramic views(admission not included). Finally, visit Sands Casino, one of the many casinos which offer a large variety of games for versatile entertainment to visitors.
