Listen to how the Cayman islands developed in the 17th and 18 centuries from the industry of ‘turtling,’ the fishing of turtles as a source of meat. Making your way through the exhibits, you’ll see old green sea turtles, some weighing more than 500 lbs (226 kg), and yearling turtles, which you can pick up and pet at Turtle Touch Tank.
After a morning of beach, rum cake, turtles and a short stint in Hell, enjoy one last ride in the Land Rover back to George Town port.
