As you settle into your comfortable window seat, your flight begins with views of the Las Vegas Valley where you'll fly by the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and over Nellis Air Force Base. You will continue on past Lake Las Vegas which is home to many Las Vegas celebrity entertainers. Next you'll fly by the Hoover Dam, have you cameras ready for a perfect photo opportunity!
Next, you'll fly over parts of the Grand Canyon allowing you a bird's eye view of this vast natural wonder (277 miles or 450 km long). Flight time is approximately 1 hour.
Upon arrival at the Grand Canyon South Rim, you will be transported to the park where you can walk along canyon's rims and enjoy the stunning views. You will have time to walk along parts of the Bright Angel Trail, do some local shopping and have your box lunch. Then visit Mather Point which boasts some of the most impressive panoramic views in the entire Grand Canyon. Grand Canyon National Park is home to an abundance of wild animals so your chances of seeing deer, elk, squirrels, or California condor during the tour are good. Your driver/guide will share with you the park's rich history and other knowledge as you journey through the park.
After your visit to the park, you will board your airplane for your 1-hour return flight to Las Vegas.
