Enjoy a unique breakfast experience at Babylonstoren. The tour will then move on to a wine tastings at Delaire Graff Estate and Waterford Estate. Have a leisurely lunch a the Overture Restaurant on Hidden Valley Wine Estate. The restaurant and Chef, Bertus Basson, are award winning, delight in a fine dining experience.Hotel pick-up commences at 8am. You will then be driven to Babylonstore to enjoy breakfast at 10am in the Babylonstoren’s Green House. Babylonstoren is one of the best preserved werfs in the Cape Dutch tradition. Not only the Manor House from 1777, but pioneer structures all the way back to the founding of the farm in 1690. At 11am, it will be time for the beautiful garden tour.

Then enjoy wine tastings at both Delaire Graff Estate and Waterford Estate. Delaire Graff Estate has achieved what owner and globally renowned visionary Laurence Gaff OBE had in mind when he acquired this magnificent Cape Winelands property in 2003 and vowed to transform it into South Africa’s most desirable art, hospitality and wine destination. Lunch will be had at Overture at 2pm. You will visit Overture Restaurant on Hidden Valley.
