See a live glassblowing demonstration! Local artist, Sheva Chaya brings the art of glassblowing alive in a live demonstration with a mystical twist, so unique to her and the city of Tzfat. Visit the Sheva Chaya Gallery in the middle of Tzfat’s Old City and Artist Quarter. Individuals and groups are both welcome and the demonstration is perfect for all types of visitors including synagogue groups, families, Bar/Bat Mitzvah groups, Birthright, seminaries, schools, and more.Local artist, Sheva Chaya tells her fascinating story of how she came from Princeton graduate to become the glassblower of Tzfat. She shares a bit of background about her paintings and glass work, and then treats the audience to an exciting glass blowing demonstration, in which she will make something special and colorful out of glass.

Throughout the demonstration, Sheva shares deep Kabbalistic concepts related to glass blowing and Tzfat. Participants are always impressed and fascinated by this unique and fun activity.
