In this tour you will visit the two pyramid sites (Giza and Saqqara) and the museum of the old capital of Memphis, which is the oldest capital of Egypt dating back to 3200 B.C.On this tour, you will follow the steps of ancient Egyptians from their beginning when they united Egypt (north and south together) by visiting the oldest and the first capital of Egypt where you will see the huge colossi of King Ramses the second, the famous hero of ancient Egypt. Continue to Saqqara, where you will get to explore the area with your Egyptologist guide. You will see the step pyramid which is considered the oldest complete building of stone. Know more about the period steps between the mastaba and true pyramids. Discover a tomb still preserved until today dating back to the old kingdom (Kagemni) for the vizier of King Teti. Take the opportunity to enter inside the pyramids of teti where you will be able to see the oldest religious book (pyramids texts). Later, enjoy your lunch in a countryside style restaurant. Arrive at the Pyramids at Giza which are the famous pyramids in Egypt. Take your time for taking many lovely pictures before heading out with your guide to enjoy a 25 minute camel ride beside the pyramids.
