This is a truly unique experience. A close encounter with the famous Azorean cows and farmer on their very natural habitat. A chance to learn deep in the farming island routines amongst the most green fields surrounded by amazing landscapes. A truly memorable experience. We depart from your accommodation early in the morning. This is the time of the day when farmers start the hard routines of cow graze and milk production. The cows you are going to meet are grown in natural green fields very often amongst the breathtaking landscapes. 
You will have the chance to learn about milk, cheese and meat production told by a local farmer and your guide. You can take milk from the cows yourself, taste it if you would like and understand why this is one of the most appreciated Azorean products. 
During the trip back to your accommodation we will stop for a coffee break to replenish energies and stop along the way for some amazing views.
