Slide open the panoramic windows of your twin cabin, and let in the fresh salty breeze. This 5-day luxury cruise takes you into the north-central section of the Galapagos Islands, a UNESCO World Heritage site of 19 islands located in the Pacific Ocean, 621 miles (1,000 km) off the Ecuadorian coast. Discover a melting pot of wildlife and do this in style aboard the Odyssey, a first-class motor yacht. Its powerful engines provide a cruising speed of 12 knots (over 13 mph/22 kph), and have been designed to minimize the impact on the Galapagos ecosystem.

Accommodating a max of 16 passengers only, the spacious yacht is fully equipped, with four decks (uncovered and shaded), a living room-library, and an elegant dining area where all your snacks and buffet-style meals are provided (starting with lunch on your first day until breakfast on your day of departure). Water, tea and coffee are included, and if you need a little more kick, cocktails and other beverages are available for purchase from the bar on board.

No detail has been overlooked: Enjoy classic decor gleaming with polished wood and upholstered seating, and never burn your feet walking on the wooded flooring of the open-air sun deck. Sip a cocktail al fresco while watching wildlife, and soak tired muscles in a whirlpool. Your Galapagos National Park–certified naturalist guide provides nightly briefings using a laptop, TV and/or DVD equipment.

Experience the comfort of a hotel room in the yacht’s twin or single cabins with parquet floors and private bathrooms. Twin cabins average 215 square feet (20 square meters) in size and are situated in the quieter upper front half of the yacht, away from the engine room, allowing you to sleep well during overnight passages. Beds in the twin cabins are matrimonial-style or can be converted into a double configuration. Plus, the main and upper deck cabins face outward and boast panoramic windows that open. Or, enjoy the privacy of a single cabin, located in the lower deck partly below the waterline (porthole window only). All cabins come with privately controlled air-conditioning.

An experienced crew makes sure you receive top-notch service throughout your journey. To reach the islands, you’ll typically leave your yacht at the anchorage-site and board a dinghy for the final stretch to land. Your crew is trained and ready to assist you as needed.
