Chapel of the Apparitions - Visit the Chapel of the Apparitions, built in response to the words of of Our Lady of Fatima, "I want you to build here a chapel my honor". Situated next to the Chapel of the Apparitions, the visitor will find the Azinheira Grande, the largest existing tree in the Cova da Iria with over 100 years of existence.
Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima - Inside this basilica are the tombs of the Three Shepherds.
Berlin Wall - The Sanctuary also houses a piece of the Berlin Wall, a symbol of the end of Communism, and one of the secrets of Fatima.
Basilica of Most Holy Trinity - The fourth largest catholic church in the world in capacity. The construction was fully paid with donations of the pilgrims over the years. A huge basilica dedicated to the Holy Trinity with 8,633 seats at 40,000 square meters. The basilica was inaugurated on October 12th, 2007 on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the apparitions.

Currently this monastery is considered a National Monument and Heritage of Humanity.

The town used to be known for its traditional costumes worn by the fishermen and their wives who wore a traditional headscarf and embroidered aprons over seven flannel skirts in different colors.
