During this day tour, you will also have a chance to visit several famous places in the Gangnam city area such as the COEX Aquairum, Lotte Duty Free shop, Garosu-gill Street and take a glance at the Blue House.You will meet your guide the guide at your hotel lobby in the morning. Hop on a bus and head over to Jogyesa, the chief temple of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, becoming so in 1936. It plays a leading role in the current state of Seon Buddhism in South Korea.
Next you will visit Gyeongbokgung Palace (or Changdeok Palace on Tuesday), arguably the most beautiful and the grandest of all five palaces. In the early 20th century, much of the palace was systematically destroyed by Imperial Japan. Since then, the walled palace complex has gradually been reconstructed to its original form. It also houses the National Palace Museum of Korea and the National Folk Museum within the premises of the complex. You will have a chance to explore the National Folk Museum and watch The Changing of the Royal Guard Ceremony.
Continue to pass by Blue House, known as Cheong Wa Dae, the Presidential Residence and visit Ginseng shopping center. Enjoy lunch at Insadong traditional restaurant. After lunch, move on to Gangnam Area and visit COEX Aquarium, one of the biggest aquariums in Kore, and Lotte Duty Free COEX. Your last stop will be Garosu-gill Street, an upscale street in Seoul, before heading back to your hotel.
