Enjoy a relaxing day scuba diving the two must-see dive sites and lay witness to the most beautiful underwater ecosystem of the Dominican Republic. With this full day all-inclusive tour to Catalina Island you will experience clear turquoise waters, incredible coral formations, fish life, and ultimate relaxation in paradise on a private beach, plus enjoy the cool breeze and selection of refreshments at the open bar looking over the ocean and a Dominican feast prepared by a renowned chef.Arrive at the marina in the early morning where you will be welcomed aboard the 'Paradise' by the team with tropical refreshments. Your PADI certified dive team will go through the health and safety procedures and dive briefing, to ensure your experience is an unforgettable one.
After, you will set a course for the east side of 'Catalina Island', to the first dive site, which caters from novice to expert divers with depths from 5m (16ft) to 40m+ (131ft+). Life jackets will be available to anyone that requires them. The dive team will be available if you require any help to prepare for your first dive. Enjoy just under an hour of diving to discover the true beauty of the what is know as the "Wall." You can expect clear turquoise waters, incredible visibility and an amazing sight of the underwater ecosystem. Things to look out for during your dive include; vase sponge, sea fan coral, octopus, porcupine fish, moray eel, scorpion fish, southern stingray, blue parrotfish, lion fish, sea horse and more. Your dive team will be available to help guide you through the underwater paradise.
After this, head to the second dive site, and enjoy just under another hour of diving to discover the true beauty of the dive site called the "Aquarium", which descends to depths from 8m (26ft) to 12m+ (39ft+). You can expect clear turquoise waters, incredible visibility, and an amazing underwater ecosystem here as well. Things to look out for during your dive include; vase sponge, tube worm, spiny lobster, sand star, frogfish, trumpet fish, barracuda, mackerel, tiger moray eel and more.
After this, head to a special private beach on Catalina Island. A renowned chef has been busy in the kitchen preparing an incredible Dominican feast. You can expect to taste fresh lobster caught that morning (only available with our VIP tour), pork, chicken, salads, pasta and local fruits all prepared in a hygienic kitchen.
Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing on the beach with a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments available. Listen to the waves breaking on the shore, snorkel in the clear turquoise waters just off the beach, or enjoy the bar and the cool breeze looking over the ocean.
When it's time, you will set a course for the marina, where you can expect to enjoy light refreshments at the bar and music prepared by the entertainment team.
