Visit Pyramids of Giza, Christian heritage in Old Cairo and the marvelous Cave church.Start your tour at 8.00am when you meet your private, qualified tour guide in the lobby of your hotel, board on your private air conditioned van and head for the plateau of Giza. Visit the Great Pyramid of Cheops, which is the oldest wonder of the seven wonders of the ancient world, wonder at its majestic dimensions and its perfect architecture the move up the plateau to see the 3 pyramids together; Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus. From the plateau you will ride ship of the desert (camel) in the Sahara desert around the pyramids, then you will move down the plateau to explore the Valley temple of Chephren and the Great Sphinx.
After that you will have lunch in a local restaurant and move to the area of Old Cairo to visit the remains of the Roman Fortress of Babylon (1st century A.D.) and the Hanging Church of Virgin Mary (3rd century), you also visit the Jewish Synagogue of Ben Ezra and the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George.
Later you will move to the Moqqattam mountain area to visit the Cave Church which is cut into the rock and is considered the biggest church in Egypt. At the end of the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.
