Let your adventurous side take-over during the challenging 2 hour rainforest trek!Your day will start early with a 7.00am pick up from your centrally located Kuala Lumpur hotel. We will then embark on the three and a half hour long drive to Kuala Tahan. Along the way you can enjoy the scenery of Kuala Lumpur.
Upon arrival, at approximately 10:30am, the fun will begin. Enjoy some packed snacks at the forest.
Get your adrenaline pumping with the Canopy Walk! It is the longest canopy walkway in South East Asia with a bird's eye view of stunning scenery of the world's oldest rainforest.
Enjoy trekking to the Teresek Hills. The experienced nature guide will belt out facts and fancies of the varied flora in Taman Negara. He will uncover secrets and taboos of the forest.
Let out your inner-adventurer at the Rapids Shooting. Rapids Shooting is a thrill, as the boatman negotiates 7 sets of rapids. It is a take-home experience as there is a "chance" to get wet.
Immerse yourself in the culture with the Aborigine village visit. The "orang asli" are of the batek tribe who have been living environment friendly lives. The rainforest is their supermarket where they get their life's necessities. A fire making and blowpipe demonstration is the order of the day.
Be sure to come with good walking shoes, insect repellents, and a change of cloothing.
At approximately 4pm we will return to Floating Café for some lunch and freshening up before departing for Kuala Lumpur.
