On this 8.5 hour small-group tour, you will get a taste of Korean traditional culture. Firstly, you will visit Jogyesa temple that represents Buddhism in Seoul and pass by Cheongwadae, the Presidential Blue House, move on to Gwanghwamun Gate to see royal guard changing ceremony. After the ceremony, you will explore Gyeongbokgung palace and visit the National Folklore Museum. In the afternoon, you will visit the Korean Folk Village to enjoy the lifestyle of the Joseon dynasty with over 270 old houses.

On this 8.5 hour small-group tour, you will get a taste of Korean traditional culture. Firstly, you will visit Jogyesa temple that represents Buddhism in Seoul and pass by Cheongwadae, the Presidential Blue House, move on to Gwanghwamun Gate to see royal guard changing ceremony. After the ceremony, you will explore Gyeongbokgung palace and visit the National Folklore Museum. In the afternoon, you will visit the Korean Folk Village to enjoy the lifestyle of the Joseon dynasty with over 270 old houses.

On this small-group tour, you will first be picked up from your hotel, then move to Jogyesa to experience Zen Buddhism in Korea. You can see locust trees and baeksong trees in front of Jogyesa temple.

Next, you will pass the Presidential Blue House and take photos at the Blue House Square and enjoy the beautiful harmony of Mt. Bukak behind of the blue-tiled house.

Then, you will move to the Gwanghwamun Gate to see the Royal Guard changing ceremony that stars with an announcement that gate guards are changing and announcing the guards' identities. After the ceremony, you will explore the Gyeongbokgung palace which is located more towards the north also referred as northern palace, to learn how Royal families and Court attendant lived and worked in the palace.

Also you will visit a museum called National Folklore Museum that you can imagine how people worked and dressed in few centuries ago. At the National Folk Museum, you can explore how Koreans lived from Goryeo dynasty (918-1392) to Joseon dynasty (1392-1910).
After the palace tour, you will be stopped by Korean Ginseng center then have a lunch at the local restaurant.

In the afternoon, you will move to the Korean Folk Village, located an hour south of Seoul. The village is a living museum that showcases a Korean lifestyle from several centuries ago. There are potters, weavers, blacksmiths and other artisans who practice their trades in a traditional fashion. There are also about 270 traditional houses that are open to visitors.

The village has Korean official's houses, regular citizen's houses, traditional schools, hospitals and government office. In the Korean Folk Village, many of historical-themed Korean dramas were filmed. Here, you can also enjoy lots of attractions like museums and traditional performances.

After enjoying the Folk Village and your full-day tour, you will be dropped off where you were picked up.

Please note: Every Tuesday, the Gyeongbokgung Palace and National Folklore museum are closed, and you will visit the Deoksugung Palace and the Presidential Blue House museum instead.
