Ride the trails on well trained mountain horses that our fore fathers rode to open up the wilds of British Columbia. Enjoy mountain vistas while riding on single track mountain trails and open country for novices and experienced riders alike, guided by our knowledgeable and informative wranglers.Meet at base ranch at 9 am. Meet your horse and wrangler and be transported 20 minutes down the road to our 10,000 acre mountain tenure in the Birkenhead. Riding starts at our trailhead and will climb almost 2000 feet to our look off and lunch spot. Enjoy a saddle bad lunch including apples for you or the horse then continue on to our base camp located a short distance from Birkenhead Lake, arriving about 4 pm. From there be transported back to the ranch arriving about 5 pm. Transportation from Whistler can be arranged for an additional $60, return, maximum per trip 4 people.
