Downtown New Orleans is a longboard paradise with endless opportunities for pictures, history, and old world charm as you longboard NOLA. The Riverwalk, Jackson Square, Crescent Park, and Decatur are some of the best spots, but there are many others! the Excursion Packages are designed to accommodate small and large groups. Each member of the group gets their own Riviera bamboo flex long board, A free skate lesson and safety equipment. The boards provided are specially built to cruise far distances and flex to provide perfect riding conditions. As New Orleanians, we have our favorite spots to long board and french quarter new orleans is definitely in the top three.The meeting spot will be the fountain next to the river walk entrance. Once everyone in the group has arrived, safety equipment and a longboard will be issued to each member of the group. Once everyone is comfortable with their gear, 15 minutes of lessons and safety guidelines will begin. As soon as each member of the group is comfortable to begin, we take off. The route is as follows; We skate down the river just past jackson square and cut over to decatur st. From there we skate back up decatur to n peters and follow that to our starting point at the fountain. We will be stopping frequently for pictures throughout the tour so fell free to stop the group at any point for a photo. Free water and a free t-shirt will be given as a gift for each member of the group.
