You will receive a briefing of what Freediving is about, teaching you the techniques for you to feel comfortable in the water. The lesson lasts one hour and a half, it will take place at Amancay Freediving and afterwards you'll be taken to the diving point , where you'll be practicing for another hour and a half.
Duration: 1/2 a day
Requirements: Be older than 18 years old ( 12 years old with parent's consent)
