Forest Hiking, Caving and Beach Time Tour from San Juan

This tour is a complete taste of Puerto Rico for fit, active participants. You will be hiking 3 miles in the subtropical, humid forest. You will explore the cave systems and, after completely exhausting yourself, you will have some down time to relax at the beach. Here, you will have your lunch and can purchase drinks. This is not your average tour - it is very individualized for your small group.The two hour long transportation from San Juan to the northwestern coast is included. There are various meet up points, so be sure to mention your hotel so that you can schedule your pick-up. You will arrive at a tropical forest where you will hike 3 miles along a trail. This is a strenuous tour so you must be healthy and very active to participate The trails may be muddy and uneven and there are uphills and downhills in the mountain terrain, although the trails are flattened and under park regulations. Then, you will go deep caving where you will encounter bats and, if you're lucky, the endangered Puertorican boa. 

After that great workout, you will head to the beach where you can relax and enjoy a good meal, order drinks and see the ocean before heading back to San Juan. For this tour we recommend hiking shoes, since it is not doable in flip-flops or sandals.
