You’ll see Piazza del Duomo and its famous monuments in the morning light – the Cathedral (Duomo), Giotto’s bell tower and the Baptistery.
After reaching Piazza della Repubblica, you’ll glide down the elegant Via Tornabuoni and visit the colourful Mercato del Porcellino.
The tour continues then with the amazing Piazza della Signoria, the imposing Palazzo Vecchio, Piazzale degli Uffizi, Piazza Santa Croce with its magnificent gothic church, until finally ending next to the Duomo.
At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a Florentine lunch in a characteristic and historic restaurant located in the heart of the Medicean district.
Segways are quick, eco-friendly and fun to ride. If you’ve never ridden one, get ready for a treat! Segways are easier to drive than you think and the tour includes 30 minutes of training at the end of which you’ll be riding a Segway like a pro.
Morning Option - departure at 10am:Start your tour riding your segway around Florence and then end your experience with a Florentine Lunch in an historic restaurant located in the Medicean district. Lunch will be served at 12pm.
Afternoon Option - departure at 12pm:Before to start the segway experience, enjoy a Florentine lunch in a characteristic and historic restaurant in the heart of the Medicean district. At the end of your lunch get on board of the segway and start your Florence tour! Lunch will be served at 12pm and the segway tour will start at 2:45pm.
