Meet your guide and the other joggers in Piazza Duomo, home to the elegant Giotto’s Bell Tower and the nearby red-tiled dome of the show-stopping Duomo. Begin with a quick warm-up and stretch, then start jogging through the scenic city's historical center. The pace is moderate, allowing you to take in all the sights and listen to your guide. During the running tour, you’ll take around four brief stops to catch your breath and to soak up the surroundings.
Weave through splendid sunbathed squares, including Piazza della Signoria and Piazza della Repubblica, and see the huge Pitti Palace (Palazzo Pitti), the former home of the powerful Medici family. Your tour leader will point out some of the important historical sites you are passing.
