From here, you will travel to the old Greek village of Mustafapaşa, one of the largest in the area before the population exchange in 1924. Afterward you will visit the unusual Byzantine Keslik Monastery before exploring the recently uncovered Sobessos Excavation site, home to Roman Mosaics. You will visit Soğanli Valley for lunch and afterward take a 3km hike throughout the valley. We return to Göreme on the way stopping at Mazi Underground City, lesser known but no less impressive and finally Uçhisar castle where you can take in the magnificent views of the numerous towns and valleys that lay below.
