Your guide will meet you at the meeting point and after a short walk (10 minutes), you will go to the first wine bar located in the Gothic Quarter. After some explanations about local wines, regions and production processes you will proceed to tasting of 7 different wines. After this first stop you will do another short walk to another wine bar where you will have some food and also wines.
Your guide is a professionally-trained sommelier, with past experience working at two 3-Star Michelin restaurants, including Ferran Adria's El Bulli. She's a native Catalan with a strong passion and knowledge for all local gastronomy.
