The evening Volcano Express PM Tour offers the only direct tour from your hotel accommodation in Kona, Waikoloa, Kohala, and Hilo to the highlights of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and the famous red lava glow (only visible after sunset - conditions permitting)!After pick-up from your hotel accommodation by our professional guides, you will travel through different climate zones directly to the summit area of the active Kilauea Volcano (approx. 4000 ft above sea level) in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (World Heritage Site). The transfer times from Kona, Waikoloa, Kohala are approx. 2 hours, from Hilo approx. 1 hour. The fully narrated tour stops at the main highlights of the famous National Park with ample time to explore the sites and great photo opportunities. After sunset, your guide will take the group to the best spot along the crater rim to see the famous red lava glow (conditions permitting).
