On October 22nd, 2016 your Emerald Princess cruise docks in Kochi where you spend your time cruising the backwaters of Alleppey, also known as Alappuzha. Also, discover the famous inland waterways of Kerala on board a houseboat. See traditional villages and backwater boats . Later exploring the Fort Kochi Chinese nets , Dhobi Khana, St. Francis church etcPick-up from Kochi Port between 09.00 AM and transfer to Alleppey (approx 1.45 hrs) to board your houseboat by 10.45 Hrs. Cruise slowly through the backwaters and village areas to marvel at the lush vegetation, paddy fields, coconut palms and more. There will be 3 staff members along with your guide to look after you and make sure your experience is as relaxed as you could wish for.

Enjoy a lunch of Keralan cuisine lunch with rice, vegetable dishes, fish, chicken and more as you gently cruise. The houseboat cruise finish approximately 13.30 hrs and later transfer to Fort Kochi visiting the Chinese nets, Dhobi Khana, St. Francis Church and more. When the tour ends, you will be dropped off at Kochi Port by 16.15 -16.30hrs to return to your cruise.
