The Elephant Sanctuary is located along the East coast Expressway between Kuala Lumpur and the city of Kuantan.
Upon arrival you will be taken to the Aboriginal Settlement where you can meet some friendly locals and soak in the Malay culture.
After this you will be led to the elephants. You will be able to witness the elephants being fed and bathed as well as going about their usual activates.
The Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary cares deeply about the well-being of the Elephants and it shows. To minimize stress on the elephants, visitors can only view the elephants 2 times a day.
