We take you to the South side of El Yunque rain forest for a 25 minute hike through shallow rivers and up steep hills to an amazing spot deep in the forest. Here you will find a beautiful natural pool where you can swim, relax and give the rope swing a try above the water.... But that's not all!
From this point we will continue our way climbing further up river over the big rocks formations for about 15 minutes to enjoy great waterfalls, try out the natural water slide or -if you dare- make a big cliff jump into the river. Are you ready??

Local farmers market La Placita de Santurce for a cultural experience and a fresh fruit smoothie

2nd stop
Along the scenic route through Loiza-Pinones where the African roots are still very visible you will hike down to one of the best scenic beach views called Vacia Talega where after you continue a beautiful drive along the deserted beaches and historic Afro-Puerto Rican beach villages full of local flavour.

4th stop
Kiosco’s at Luquillo Beach for lunch and (if desired) souvenir shops
5 pm Drop off at hotel/accommodation or central meeting point Plaza Colon (when staying in Old San Juan)
Note
This day involves some gentle rock/hill ‘clambering’ low level skill and closed shoes required. Due to the nature of this tour our age limit is 60 years old without limit mobility.
