Small group cooking class max 10 people. The tour starts at 9:30am with the visit to the open market of Campo dei Fiori to choose all the seasonal ingredients for the menu. You will learn how to choose the right vegetables, the right cut of meat and the cheeses.
The meeting point with Chef Federico is at Piazza Farnese in front the French embassy at 9:30 am, from there we will walk around the corner to the open market of Campo dei Fiori to choose all the seasonal ingredients for the menu. You will learn how to choose the right vegetables, the right cut of meat and the cheeses.
The class will take place in a beautiful open space apartment in the heart of Trastevere. The class is 100% hands-on, you will learn how to make 3 different shapes of pasta from scratch and from two different doughs: A stuffed pasta, a long pasta and a short medium pasta, with 3 different delicious sauces, a second course of meat with a side dish of vegetables and a mouth-watering dessert. After the cooking you will sit at an elegant dining table and enjoy what you have prepared. Of course, all of this is accompanied by the best Italian wines. The class will end approximately around 3:00pm.
