The tour begins in George Town, the main capital and center of business and commerce on the island, where many historic and famous buildings are located. Some of those are King's George clock tower, the Legislative Assembly Building, The Court House, and the Library all dating back to the 19th century. On the other hand, there's the Guy Harvey gallery, Hard Rock Cafe, the Bay Shore Mall and the Craft Market.
Your journey continues to the east side of Cayman. You will see many beautiful houses in South Sound and the lush vegetation of Savannah. The first stop is at Pedro St. James Castle, the birthplace of our first constitution. You will spend approximately one hour at the castle where you will see Cayman on its early days. This is a living heritage museum which features a 30 minute multi-sensory show that brings you into the history of the Islands. The landscaped grounds include a restored great house and breathtaking seaside views. On this exciting tour, a guide is provided. Then it's a visit to the National Gallery, an experience guide will escort you through the different exhibition areas which features pieces from the national collection, a significant body of Caymanian artwork which has been collected and maintained by the Gallery since its inception. Last but not least is the world famous Seven Mile Beach - Royal Palms. Here you will have an hour to get a snack, rent water sports or simply relax on the white sandy beach overlooking the sparkling Caribbean Sea.
Before returning to the pick up location is a short stop at Tortuga Rum Company to sample delicious rum cakes and flavored rums that are made locally.
