Dunn's River Falls is one of Jamaica's national treasures. Globally, it is as well known as reggae and equally as stimulating. There are few places where the Arawak name "Xayamaca" - land of rivers and springs - is more apt. The Spaniards called the area "Las Chorreras", the waterfalls or springs and it is truly one of the most beautiful spots on the island
The excursion will start with pickup from your Falmouth hotel or the Falmouth cruise ship terminal. From there you will head east toward Ocho RIos with a stop at the Columbus Park for some history as you journey though resort towns such as Runaway bay and St Ann Bay.
The first stop will be at the famous Dunn's River Falls, the famous Jamaican waterfall and popular tourist attraction. The falls are 180 feet high and over 600 feet long with natural terraced steps for climbing. Explore the most climbed falls in the world! You will enter the park with your prepaid tickets and you will be greeted by a licensed "Fall Guide" who will provide you with an introduction and safety orientation before the climb.
The tour will end with shopping at the Ocho Rios Sonia's Plaza, Taj Mahal or the local craft market, where you can purchase Jamaican souvenirs. After which you will be dropped off at your resort or cruise terminal.

After the Dunn's River experience the next stop will be at the White River for some river tubing. This is a lazy river so you can relax as you float down with your guide for 45-minutes to an hour. At the end of your tubing adventure, your driver will be waiting for you to take you to an authentic Jamaican lunch which can be purchased at the jerk center.
