Meet your guide at your central Abu Dhabi hotel, then hop aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned coach. Gaze out at the desert and Arabian Gulf as you travel to Dubai and, after around 1.5 hours on the road, relish your first sight of its skyscrapers, rising mirage-like from the desert.
Drive to the Palm Jumeirah, the man-made archipelago shaped like a palm tree and marvel at the mighty Atlantis, The Palm hotel that soars up from its outer edges.
Admire the sail-shaped Burj Al-Arab hotel, one of the world’s tallest hotels at 1,053 feet (321 meters), and crane your neck to see the tip of the breathtaking Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building at 2,716 feet (828 meters) as your guide explains how it took six years to build with up to 12,000 workers on site each day.
