This tour gives you the chance to go and see the famous Bushman's paintings, passing through Pietermaritzburg the capital of KwaZulu Natal. Here you will see the largest brick building in the Southern Hemisphere and the famous pipe organ which is the largest in the south equator.The tour kick starts from Durban heading to Pietermaritzburg which is the capital of KwaZulu Natal, there you will be fascinated by their city hall which is the largest brick building in the Southern Hemisphere.On entering the hall one is struck by the magnificent stained glass displays and massive pipe organ, which is the largest south of the equator.

From there the tour moves onto Giants Castle Nature Reserve a World Heritage Site that was named after the peaks of the Drakensberg mountains whose silhouette resembles that of a sleeping giant. The Giants Castle Nature Reserve is home to Elands, baboons and the rare bearded vulture. It is famous for the amazing San Rock Art that provides visitors an insight into the world of the San people. The caves fascinate guests by the ancient rock paintings created by the historic San people that once inhabited this spectacular area. The walk to the main caves is 45 minutes going up and 45 minutes coming down.

Then head off to the Nelson Mandela Capture Site where the famous Mr Nelson Mandela was captured and sent to prison for 27 years, this is where his "Long Walk To Freedom" began. The site is just outside of Howick.

The last visit for the day will be to the Howick Falls which is 95 metres in height. The local Zulu people call it "KwaNogqaza" which means "Place of the tall one". Then board your transportation for the journey back to Durban.
